You are what you eat.
I have officially started the Advocare 24 day challenge on Sunday August 5th. The first 10 days are a cleanse to help detox your body before you start to put all of the good stuff back in it. I took my weight and measurements before starting this challenge so I can record my progress. I already feel lighter and more energized! The hard part is going to be keeping up with my workouts since my life is starting to get really hectic right now. Also, it is suggested that you do not consume alcohol during the cleanse ( I mean obviously that makes sense), but it will be a challenge! Wish me luck!
Breakfast- Eggs and Sausage Sandwich (turkey sausage, half slice of cheese, whole grain high fiber english muffin, organic egg)
Snack- yogurt and granola
Lunch- Chicken Spedies, Salad
